This online directory of consultants and consulting firms is meant to serve consultants and consulting firms offering services within and or to clients in East Africa, as well as those clients in and outside East Africa who may need the registered consultants' expertise.
Registration and Getting Listed
To get listed in this directory all you need to do is click Register / Get Listed on the Home page of this site and kindly provide the information requested, then click the button at the bottom to send us your details.
We will endeavor to get you listed within at least 48hrs of receiving your submitted information depending on the bulk of submissions.
Please note that your virtual office will stay open for at least 28 days from the time you receive the email or other confirmation of your listing.
Subscription Payment
Preferably before the 28 days end, you will be required to make a minimal subscription payment to keep us running your virtual office and advertising your services within and outside East Africa. Our advertisements outside East Africa are helpful to investors intending to invest in East Africa and may need information and consulting services from knowledgeable persons. Also to other persons or organizations who may need to put together teams of consultants to achieve larger objectives and need to know where to locate the consultants. So your subscription will be partly utilized to enlarge your territory and increase your business in this way.
Please note that the payment and subscription options are indicated on the Register / Get Listed page bottom.
Kindly note that when the 28 days free subscription elapses we will not get rid of your virtual office but we will close it temporarily just to wait for your subscription and then reopen it. We advise that you keep your subscription up to date.
Please note also that it is safer and cheaper at the same time to make yearly subscriptions. However, whichever option you choose, we will keep you reminded in good time of the need to renew your subscription.
Payment
Please kindly use any one of the methods of payment indicated on the Registration page. We will be unable to keep your office open unless you notify us of your renewed subscription preferably by email at pay@eastafricaconsultants.com. We will be responsible on our part to see that your virtual office is kept open and clean when your subscription is up to date. So please accept any temporary closure in the event that you are busy and have to renew later.
Reservations
Please note that the the terms of service and subscription fees are subject to change without notification.
Disclaimer
We may not be able to ascertain the credibility of all consultants who register and are listed in this directory. However, we will follow up any complaints from users of services from listed firms or individuals. Please send complaints to complaints@eastafricaconsultants.com. We will close immediately, without prior notice and with no refund, the office of any individual or firm listed that gets reported and proven to be unprofessional and unscrupulous. This is to respect and protect the rest of our consultants that have credible, authentic and beneficial services to offer.
If you are a user of this directory please note that we will not take any responsibility for your choice of consultant or firm listed in this directory. While we will endeavor to be alert to protect you, we will not be responsible for any loss or otherwise involved in working with any consultants or firms. Note that they are independent consultants and we take no fee from their services to you. You deal directly with them once you locate their office in this directory.
Advertisements
We will run all advertisements for advertising clients on our site as long as your advertisement payment is up to date. We will remove temporarily any adverts of our clients that need to renew payment. We do not guarantee that any priority advert spaces will be available when you renew.
